我们荣幸地宣布，中国香料香精化妆品工业协会（CAFFCI）正式成为国际化妆品安全合作组织（ICCS）会员单位。
国际化妆品安全合作组织（ICCS）成立于 2023 年，总部位于美国纽约，是全球专注于化妆品及个人护理产品无动物试验安全评估的权威非营利科学组织。该组织以科学研究、法规对接、教育培训为三大核心支柱，汇聚全球 42 家行业协会、龙头企业、科研机构及动物福利组织，长期与美国 FDA、加拿大卫生部、欧洲 ECHA 等全球主流监管机构深度协作，主导无动物试验安全评估方法（NAMs）、下一代风险评估（NGRA）等前沿技术研发与国际标准推广，持续引领全球化妆品安全评价体系向科学化、无动物化转型。
此次成功入会，是双方深化全球行业协作的重要里程碑，彰显了 CAFFCI 与 ICCS 携手践行无动物安全评估理念、推动行业可持续发展的共同愿景。依托此前签署的合作谅解备忘录（MOU），双方已启动务实合作：目前正在联合开展 ICCS《最佳实践指南（BPG）》的翻译与本土化推广工作，助力国内行业全面学习、应用国际先进的无动物安全评估技术，推动现代化、科学化的评价方法在我国化妆品及个人护理品领域落地普及。
作为代表中国香料香精化妆品全行业的全国性协会，CAFFCI 加入 ICCS，将有效打通中外行业技术、法规、监管的沟通渠道。未来，我们将积极参与 ICCS 各项科研项目、行业研讨与标准制定工作，及时引进全球前沿技术与监管动态，同时向国际社会分享中国化妆品行业的发展经验与实践成果，提升我国在全球化妆品安全评估领域的话语权与影响力。

中国香料香精化妆品协会始终高度重视国际交流与合作，目前已成为 国际日用香料协会（IFRA）、国际食用香料组织（IOFI）、国际化妆品安全合作组织（ICCS） 多家国际组织的正式成员。下一步，我们将着力搭建企业出海服务平台，持续深化多层次、多领域国际合作，推动我国香料香精、化妆品行业与全球产业深度融合、协同发展。
News | China Association of Fragrance, Flavour and Cosmetic Industries (CAFFCI) Officially Joins ICCS
We are delighted to announce that the China Association of Fragrance, Flavour and Cosmetic Industries (CAFFCI) has officially become a member of the International Collaboration on Cosmetics Safety (ICCS).
Founded in 2023 and headquartered in New York, USA, ICCS is a leading global non-profit scientific organization dedicated to animal-free safety assessment for cosmetics and personal care products. With science, regulatory cooperation, education and training as its three core pillars, ICCS currently has 42 members worldwide, including industry associations, leading enterprises, research institutions and animal welfare organizations. It maintains in-depth cooperation with major global regulatory authorities such as the U.S. FDA, Health Canada and European ECHA. ICCS spearheads the research of New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) and Next Generation Risk Assessment (NGRA), and promotes relevant international standards, leading the global transformation of cosmetic safety assessment systems.
This membership marks a key milestone for bilateral cooperation, reflecting the shared commitment of CAFFCI and ICCS to advancing animal-free safety assessment and sustainable development across the industry. Based on the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed by both parties, we have launched practical cooperation. The two sides are jointly translating and localizing ICCS Best Practice Guidance (BPG), to facilitate the widespread adoption of advanced international animal-free safety assessment approaches in China’s cosmetics and personal care sector.
As the national industrial association representing China’s fragrance, flavour and cosmetics industry, CAFFCI’s membership in ICCS will build a solid bridge for technical, regulatory and industrial exchanges between China and the world. Going forward, CAFFCI will actively participate in ICCS scientific research, seminars and standard-setting activities. We will introduce cutting-edge global technologies and regulatory updates to the domestic industry, and share China’s industrial experience and achievements with the international community, so as to enhance China’s voice and influence in the field of global cosmetic safety assessment.
CAFFCI looks forward to working closely with ICCS and all global members to improve global best practices for cosmetic safety assessment, drive innovation in animal-free safety science, and support the high-quality and sustainable development of the global cosmetics industry.
CAFFCI attaches great importance to international exchanges and cooperation. At present, we are official members of IFRA, IOFI and ICCS. In the next stage, we will build a service platform to support enterprises going global, further deepen international cooperation, and promote in-depth integration between China’s fragrance, flavour and cosmetics industry and the global industry.
